Winter has finally come back to Rosemount.
At least partially.
The ice skating rinks and warming houses at Jaycee Park and Central Park opened at 4 p.m. Wednesday, and will remain open as long as the weather allows.
The city announced Jan. 31 that all of its outdoor rinks were closed due to the continued unseasonably warm weather.
The city's other rinks will not reopen this winter.
